Please bring a list of your current medications, recent lab work if available, and any notes about your symptoms or health concerns. This helps us build a complete picture of your health and create a hormone therapy plan that fits your needs.
Your first visit is a $150 comprehensive evaluation that includes lab testing, a detailed review of your health history, and a discussion of your symptoms and goals. If you choose to continue with an HRT membership, the $150 is applied toward your plan.
